Author guidelines

   In WOSC 2021, a 2 step publishing process is used, based on a supportive peer reviewing process, focusing on providing feedback-based quality increase in the research publications.

1. Abstracts

   Researchers, managers, policy-makers, professionals and students across the globe are invited to submit abstract proposals, of about 500 to 800 words (see abstract/paper template). Accepted abstracts will be published in the Congress book of abstracts.

   Three step technical submission instructions:

  1. Create a WOSC2021 account at My Account 

  2. Create an abstract, based on abstract/paper template (please submit the abstract and keywords part
    of the document)

  3. Fill-in the form Add article (please select the Theme AND Section).

2. Full conference papers

Full papers should not exceed 3500 words (see abstract/paper template) and should be original research. Abstracts and conference papers undergo a supportive peer reviewing process and will be published in the Congress proceedings.

Basic rules

  1. Authors should make sure that the language of their papers meets the required standards.

  2. Authors can submit one paper per registration. For the second paper submission, discounted registration rates apply.

  3. The authors are responsible for the originality and the proper referencing standards in their papers.
